Business Integrity.

We conduct our business with honesty, integrity and respect. We don’t give or receive, whether directly or indirectly, bribes or other improper advantages for business or financial gain. We only work with legitimate and well-established suppliers and always make sure to get proper authorization from pertinent authorities to run our activations.

Quality of Service.

We think about our clients at every stage of the work, and make the quality of services our highest priority. No matter how big or small the task is, we devote ourselves to creating high-value services that please our clients and earn their trust.

Occupational Safety and Health.

We strive to foster a safe and healthy work environment. We maintain the proper health and safety standards in the office and on the field. When needed, we ensure a medical team is available onsite in case of emergency. We don’t hire employees younger than 18 years of age for a promoter’s position, and younger than 22 years of age for a team leader’s position.   

Confidentiality.

We treat all information shared with us with the utmost discretion. We don’t use or disseminate any confidential information belonging to our clients. While we sometimes handle campaigns for competing brands, we treat each campaign separately and privately. And we never release any information about our work until both campaigns are over.

Social Responsibility.

We believe we have an obligation to act to benefit our society. In all our campaigns, we promote responsible consumption of goods and products. Through our sports marketing events, we encourage people to stay active and follow a healthy lifestyle.

Environmental Sustainability.

We strive to make responsible decisions that will reduce our agency’s negative impact on the environment. Whenever possible, we use recycled or half-recycled paper for our printed material. We reduce waste by printing the exact quantities needed for a campaign. Any unused kits, boxes or stands are recycled. During our wet sampling campaigns, we make sure to collect paper cups, empty cans and PET bottles for recycling.

When it comes to power, we incorporate energy saving solutions into our business model. We use LED technology in our office and our tech-driven activations & recently we are running mostly on Green Solar Energy.

    With the Lebanese economy struggling, Direct Marketing S.A. launches cost-efficient services for more budget-conscious clients. The quality services are the same. The only difference is the cost.

  • Customizable sampling

    Direct Marketing S.A. handles a variety of activities for Nestlé cereals throughout the year. We create a visually customizable sampling cup in the shape of a popcorn box that guarantees ease of distribution.

  • The biggest F.A.T. to date

    The Fitness Academy Tour, Direct Marketing S.A.’s major sports marketing event, sees its biggest edition to date with over 400 participants coming together to take part in fun and challenging group workouts.

  • Massive sampling

    Direct Marketing S.A. handles massive field operations for Pepsi-Cola International for the first time ever. Chilled samples for brands like AMP, Diet Mirinda and H2Oh! exceed 20,000 units per activation distributed in just a couple of weeks. 

  • First activity for Halter

    Direct Marketing S.A. launches the first sampling pack for the Swiss candy maker, Halter, setting the foundation for one of the longest and most successful business relationships in the agency’s history.

  • Original Activations

    With its reputation as a trusted and expert marketing agency growing, Direct Marketing S.A. signs major deals with international brands like Lipton and Kellogg’s to develop original activations and sports marketing events for their products.

    Direct Marketing S.A.’s founder, Jean Haddad, brings his passion for sports to the agency, and launches a new line of services under sports marketing. The first events are the Fitness Academy Tour and Escapade.

    Direct Marketing S.A. develops brand-specific sampling boxes that allow clients to exclusively showcase a range of their products in one single catchy kit, thus maximizing their exposure.

  • Sampling boxes

    Direct Marketing S.A. launches themed product sampling boxes that captivate consumers and brand owners alike. Multi-brand and multi-item kits like Hapi Summer, Snow Breeze, Night Round and Kidzibox quickly become hot products in the advertising field.
